We have a large secure parking facility at Britannia Wharf. These means we are just a 5 minute transfer away from all the Southampton Cruise Terminals and only 30 minutes away from Portsmouth.
We have a comfortable waiting room with hot and cold catering available. We are wheelchair accessible throughout and our staff are always happy to help with any extra assistance you may have. Our bathroom facilities are fully accessible and we are keen to hear any feedback as to how we can improve our facilties.
Yes, we have 24 hour CCTV monitoring and the car-park is patrolled regularly.

Yes we do have Disabled access, and our toilet facilities are wheelchair friendly. Please specify any special requirements during the booking stage and we will be happy to help.
Nothing! Your vehicle will be parked within our secure parking facility until the morning of your return when it will be pulled out ready for handover. Your keys will be given back to you by a member of staff and you can inspect the vehicle. You can relax on your cruise in the knowledge that your car is safe, monitored by 24hr CCTV and in the location you left it.
We keep your car keys with us so we can we can move your car to let another cruise passenger out of their parking space before your return if necessary. It also means that it’s just one less thing for you to worry about when you are on your cruise!
Our modern and comfortable transfer vehicles will be ready and waiting to take you to the Port to start your cruise holiday. We have a range of minibuses and coaches depending on the size of party travelling to the cruise terminal. Refreshment and bathroom facilities are available onboard, along with wi-fi, air-conditioning and charging points for mobile phones and tablets etc. No tatty vans or smelly taxis here at Airlynx Cruise Parking!
Transfers take around just 5 minutes. We are the closest off-port parking site in the City to all the Southampton cruise terminals. We are also only half an hour from Portsmouth cruise terminal.
No, the transfers are free of charge.
When you arrival at our parking facility, you will be greeted by an Airlynx Parking Assistant who will guide you to a parking space, check your booking paperwork and help you with your luggage. You will be shown to the Coach or Minibus (and given assistance if required). You will then be taken to your vessel’s cruise terminal.
Upon arrival at the parking facility, one of our parking assistants will proceed to check you in and remind you for luggage labels and assist you with luggage transfer to your transfer vehicle. Once at the cruise terminal, the coach driver will unload the luggage and normally porters will load the luggage on trolleys for you.
We need to be able to contact you if there are any problems with your cruise parking booking or if there are any changes on the day. Sometimes ships are late and boarding can be delayed. When we know about this, we can call you to let you know in advance so you can delay your travel time or know to expect a longer wait than usual either. It’s all part of the service we offer.
